Hello to the world out there!!

Hello World!!!

This is my first attempt to reach out to the wider audience out there. I have always been an internet fan and decided to jump into this wonderful, democratic medium to share my thoughts with the world and take ideas from there. Hope it turns out to be a wonderful experience for me and the rest of you out there!!

As you can see my blog's named letshealtheworldnow- theres a reason for this. I believe I'm a world citizen, a global ambassador to each place I have been to. To understand why people of different races, religions,cultures, ethnicities, communities, societies ....... do what they do and to explain it to others who may fail to do so so that we can get over our differences and appreciate the common bond of humanity thats links us all and work to preserve it.

I see in today's increasing interconnected world that as we get to see and hear each other more often we find out more about each other. Now this, we assume, would increase awareness about and appreciation for our differences. While this sure is happening I also see increasing evidence that its being used to show how different the "other" is and to create a sense of superiority based on certain assumptions. The world is seeing a resurgence of divisive agendas in a scale we have seen most recently during the colonial times when the Europeans justified their conquest and subjugation of other races based on racial superiority. Today its not just race but religious, sectarian, cultural "superiority" are threatening to rip the fragile peace we all strive to achieve.

I am a guy of science and I believe in nothing unless its demonstrated and proved beyond reasonable doubt. I believe everyone has the authority to question anyone else's words and deeds including mine. I hope to have a decent, lively, intense and enriching debate on all matters that are and could be important issues concerning the world and I'm ready to join in !!
